How do I sign-up?
- Step 1: Create Your Account
- Sign-up using your preferred Solana wallet: Solflare, Phantom, etc.
- OR use your email address or phone number to have a wallet created for you by Privy.
- Step 2: Start Using the Platform
- Go to the Marketing Department to find campaigns based on coins, budget sizes or content requirements. Start creating and submitting content immediately.
- As soon as the campaign manager approves your content, you’ll be instantly paid out.
What wallets can I use to login?
- You can log in using any Solana-supported wallet, such as Phantom or Coinbase.
- If you sign up with your email or phone number, we’ll automatically generate a secure wallet for you, no setup required.
What do I do if I’m having troubles with my wallet?
- If you're having trouble with your wallet—whether it's Phantom or another Solana-based wallet—you'll need to contact that wallet provider directly, as we don’t have access to those third-party tools. If you created a wallet on our site using your phone number or email, it was generated through Privy. For help with Privy wallets, please reach out to their support team at https://www.privy.io/support-and-availability-policy.
Is there a minimum age to use ShillForce?
- Yes. All users must be 18 years or older to participate on the platform.
- Can I use multiple wallets or switch wallets later?
- At this time, each user account can have one connected wallet. You can switch wallets at any time from the “Wallet” tab in your profile settings.
Managing my Account
How do I update my username?
- Go to your Profile page, click on Settings, then update your username and hit Save. Your new username will apply across the platform right away.
How do I get funds out of my account?
- Privy Wallet Users (email or phone sign-in): If you created a wallet through our site using your phone number or email, head to your Profile > Settings > Fund. You'll see options to:
- Pay with card
- Transfer from another wallet
- Transfer from an exchange
- Receive funds (send from another wallet to this one)
- Phantom, Solflare, or Other Solana Wallet Users:
- If you’re using a connected Solana-based wallet like Phantom or Solflare, manage your funds directly through their app or browser extension. We don’t support funding or withdrawals from those wallets through our site.
- Make sure wallet addresses are copied correctly—crypto transactions are irreversible.
